The hotel is in need of renovation. The AC didn't work, and the bathroom was very old. The handheld shower head wasn't working and sprayed everywhere. You had to be careful when using the shower as you had to step into the bathtub to have a shower. Staff were amazing, but in 30 degree Celsius heat, you need the AC to work. The AC wasn't working in the breakfast area either, it's a shame because the location is great.

Nice rooms with a great view and tasty breakfast buffet! Very close to the beach with good restaurant next door, friendly staff and a beautiful pool out back. Yes it’s not the most modern hotel ever but it has charm and a good atmosphere, would go back!

Positive remarks: The view from the balcony. That's about all. Negative remarks: Where do I begin... 1)I should better slept on the ceramic tiles. It would have been more comfortable than the small narrow bed with a hard like stone matress. 2) No air-condition or even working TV. 3)The disappointingly narrow shower with no chance to move while inside? P.S. the toilet had a step in the entrance which in my mid sleep I didn't see and the result was not funny ... I have stayed in so many hotels. Well, that's the bottom.

Even though the hotel needs to be redone as it’s outdated, the customer service was phenomenal, the breakfast was good and the view can’t be beat! Out AC unit stopped working and when I went up to ask if someone could take a look they immediately moved us to a better room with no hesitation. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

It’s good enough considering the price and that Taormina is a pretty expensive place. The location was good for going to the beach, and to visit the town itself you might need to take the funicular (€12 round trip). The staff was really nice and super helpful! On the other hand, the building really needs renovation: the facade is decaying and the furniture in the room is decades old. The air conditioning doesn’t handle the summer heat that well. The pool is okay and kept as clean as possible by the staff, but you can see it needs updating as well. We enjoyed staying there for a few nights and we appreciate the service of everyone who works there. If you are on a budget, this can be a good option. But I also hope the owners realise that a coat of paint and a few renovations would make it a much more pleasant place.

Friendly staff, amazing view, lovely swimming pool, but my gosh... the beds and the noise of the other rooms were tough to deal with! The beds are hard and the walls are paper thin. Both visitors and the cleaning staff would be up and running at 7 AM. The hotel's location is also next to a busy road and train track. Luckily the train doesn't pass during nighttime. Make sure you bring noise cancelling ear buds. Breakfast was simple but enough.

Lovely hotel with phenomenal views. The pool was a great size and relaxing- could do with a deep clean. Rooms are well air conditioned and large in size. Welcoming staff willing to help and provide.

Great value. Location, sea view, breakfast and staff were surperb. Hotel has old world charm with marble and tiled floors. Smallish single rooms but balcony views more than make up for it. Staff are very helpful. Perfect budget hotel.
